I ordered an XXL for a 100cm waist, but maybe an XL would have been better.
You can feel the effect of stretching your back muscles.
I was able to buy it for about 800 yen with a coin discount, so I thought the cost-performance ratio was good.
The only question left is how durable it is, but for now, I plan to keep using it.
